At ZURI, we believe in the importance of community and sharing. Our name, rooted in African and Swahili heritage, we aim to bring into the world. In Arabic, it embodies the qualities of light, purity and loveliness. In Hebrew, it represents a strong and protective shelter. We take inspiration from the warm and genuine hospitality of Morocco.

A Riad (aka Garden Oasis) is a traditional Moroccan house or palace with an indoor garden and courtyard. They are located within the old city “Medina” walls. Generally, the Riad is fully enclosed inside, insulated with high-strength, neutral walls and minimal vents to keep out heat and street noise...

ZURI awakens the senses with aromatic toasted spices, such as coriander seeds, cloves, honey, and celebrates the flavors, influences, and traditions from north Africa.
